COVID-19 Client Info.

COVID-19 has impacted all of our lives over the past couple of months and will continue to impact us for the foreseeable future. While we understand the stress this is causing (Chris’s sister was to be married in May), we wanted to let you know that we are here for you. We are staying up to date on the latest information from several resources to ensure the health and safety of not only my team but also your family and friends.

Because of this, I want to make you aware of some changes to how ILLUME will conduct business for the foreseeable future. First, we will conduct all client and vendor meetings online via a video meeting. At this time we are postponing all site visits until further notice. We are also working with our suppliers on the proper sanitation of our draping and other items required for events. We are equipped with the necessary masks and other essentials to protect everyone involved during event preparation, setup, and tear down. 

We understand that many venues may no longer be able to safely accommodate your event on your original date, or your personal feelings for the safety and health of your family and friends may cause you to postpone your event. We have made some adjustments (in bold) to adapt to the current state of the world and provide you with your options should the need arise:

CANCELLATION. If for any reason you feel the need to cancel your event more than 21 days before the event date, we will keep a portion of the retainer, but you will not be responsible for any further payments. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us via email. If you do not provide an emailed cancellation before the event date or cancel within 21 days of your event date, we may require you to pay the full balance due.

RESCHEDULING. If for any reason you feel the need to reschedule your event more than 21 days before your event date, a rescheduling email must be send informing us. Your payments will be applied to your rescheduled date within 18 months of the original date. If you do not notify us of your intent to reschedule within 21 days before your event date, you may be required to pay the full balance due.
