How We Work
01 / Planning
Discovery & Visual Design
We begin with a discovery chat to learn about your event and overall vision. Our team then evaluates your venue’s technical logistics and creates a visual design guide alongside your proposal—giving you a clear preview of how the design concept comes together in your space.
02 / Preparation
Prep & Pre-Assembly
Before setup day, we inspect, clean, and pre-assemble all equipment and custom builds in our local studio. Testing how every component fits together in advance streamlines our load-in—maximizing our on-site time so we can focus on fine-tuned, detailed styling at the venue.
03 / Setup
On-Site Installation
On setup day, our team manages full load-in, structural rigging, drapery hanging, lighting adjustments, and decor placement. We coordinate directly with your planner and venue so the space is safe, seamless, and ready well before doors open—and once the event ends, we return for a complete teardown.
