Our founder, Chris, brings the firsthand insight of directing more than 1,000 events, from intimate milestones to grand galas. This deep local experience means our team knows how to navigate the unique structural quirks of any Pittsburgh venue, turning your vision into a secure, striking reality. We naturally balance big creative ideas with the technical precision required to pull them off safely.

We start by studying your venue’s specific layout and architecture to create a clear design plan. This practical approach ensures we map out the room transformation accurately, helping you see how the space will function and look long before our team arrives for setup.
02. Custom Studio Fabrication
When your ideas go beyond what a standard rental catalog can offer, we build them ourselves. Inside our local workshop, we handcraft everything from custom backdrops to specialized fabric drapery—creating the exact structural elements needed to fit your venue perfectly.
03. Delivery & On-Site Setup
On the day of your event, our team handles all the physical setup, heavy lifting, lighting adjustments, and final styling. We manage the behind-the-scenes logistics from start to finish, ensuring the entire space is secure, fully transformed, and ready before your very first guest arrives.
