Layout & Logistics

We review your venue’s specific dimensions and guidelines to map out the exact placement of your lighting, draping, and decor. Planning these details ahead of time ensures a smooth load-in and guarantees the layout fits your space perfectly.

02 / Preparation

Workshop & Custom Builds

If your event requires unique pieces that standard rental inventories don’t carry, we build them in our local workshop. From custom backdrops to specific fabric cuts, our crew prepares all the materials to your exact specifications before we head to the venue.

03 / Setup

On-Site Installation

On the day of the event, our crew handles all the delivery, heavy lifting, hardware rigging, and final lighting adjustments. We manage the behind-the-scenes logistics from start to finish so the space is safe, secure, and completely ready before your first guest arrives.
